1. You can bring your PC or laptop in for us to look over… OR
2. We can come out to your home or place of business to straighten that beast out… OR
3. If you still have internet access we can most likely log in and help you over the line – saving you time and money.

If this is your first time requesting assistance on-line, you may be asked to approve the installation of a small program which will allow me to connect to your PC. If that is the case, accept/approve the request as necessary after which I’ll be able and happy to assist you in any way I can. Charges for on-line assistance vary so please call ahead first so we can be up front on what your expenses may be!
